Autumn at the Lake is a 50-bed facility with 30 skilled nursing beds and 20 assisted living beds and offers residents comprehensive
care in a unique “Main Street” style setting. Residents and visitors can enjoy a sense of community
captured inside with distinctive streetscape views. A café, library, chapel, movie
theatre, bank and barber/beauty salon add to the “Main Street”
