Occupational
Therapy
Occupational
Therapy is used to restore a patient's
independence to the highest possible level. Our Occupational
Therapist assess the ability of the residents and develop treatment
plans to improve functional capability.
The
Occupational Therapist's concern is the specific disorder resulting
from disease or injury, which is interfering with a patient's
independence and productivity. Our Occupational Therapist work to
prevent or alleviate:

range of motion

Impaired coordination, attention span and
visual-spatial relationships

Impaired ability to perform daily life

Speech Therapy
The
role of our Speech Language Pathologists is one of returning,
reshaping, and expanding the capabilities of patients to
communicate, as well as, have a positive impact on patients who
exhibit certain eating disorders that require restricted diets.
