Autumn Health Care of Mt. Vernon’s
Assisted Living facility provides each resident with the highest
quality of care possible in a home-like atmosphere while promoting
maximum independence. The assisted living facility features the Minnie
K. Wilson House opened to care for individuals living with early
Alzheimer’s and other dementia related conditions. The environment was
designed to be small, only 10 rooms, to allow personal attention and
care to be given to each client. This theme is also consistent in our
Assisted Living with 11 rooms. Whether an individual needs assistance
with personal care such as bathing, dressing or medication cues, or
more involved nursing assistance, our dedicated staff can accommodate.
