Autumn Health Care of Coshocton opened its doors in June
2004. This state of the art facility is the only one of its kind in
Coshocton
County. The
facility offers clients all the comforts of home with several
amenities. Resident rooms are specifically designed to ensure

allows our staff of highly trained therapists to deliver quality

potential and return home. Complete kitchen and laundry area models
are used to simulate everyday home tasks allowing resident to
“practice” these tasks safely and efficiently prior to returning
home. If long-term care is needed, Autumn Health Care of Coshocton
provides 24-hour nursing care and supervision.
